Winter is coming slowly, temperatures are higher than the seasonal norms but snow is here.
Sunset on mountains near Whitehorse, temperature around -10C.
Il like this kind of light, especially now because days become shorter and shorter in the North.

I wish I was their at the spot. I have never been to such a place.We have couple of them in India but ....
Excellent Capture.Great Light.Having read your note I thought the picture must speak of sunset at -10 degree C.So I have adjustde the contrast.See the WS, hope you like it.

This is a wonderful image, and the warm low angle light with all the snow makes it seem all too inviting. It looks like winter is already there.

I detect a little magenta in the sunset that night.

If you wanted to surprise us with a very charming landscape you really succeded! The composition is so vivid and expressive that one cannot detouch one's eyes from it. The light is fantastic and the long shadows enhance its effect. I should go to Cananda once in wintertime to be able to see a spectacle like that!

Bonjour Claude,
il y a énormément de photo qui me plaisent dans ta galerie, j'aime en effet la montagne, je n'ai visité que la Suissse dans ce domaine.
Une région ici balayée par les lumières chaudes d'un soleil bas, mais l'hiver se sent si bien.
Magnifiques lumières, le point fort de la photo, mais aussi ses couleurs, sa profondeur, et bien entendu ce ciel.
