Photographer's Note
This was taken from the terrace of Chapultepec Castle in Mexico City.
"In modern Mexico City Chapultepec Park, consisting of the hill and surrounding land of 1,600 acres has many attractions, including Chapultepec Castle, where Emperor Maximilian and Empress Carlota of Mexico lived. The castle's interior is as sumptuous as any palace in Europe and houses the National History Museum." Taken from Wikipedia

The checkerboard foreground has a really nice effect with the rest of the B&W photo and the frame. Good composition with the skyline. The size is only 70KB so you could have made it a little bigger.

Hello Elizabeth,
The pattern in this photo really caught my eye. I like the B/W, and the way the older architecture blends with the modern city behind it.

Hi Elizabeth,
What caught my attention of this was the pattern of the floor. Good capture

Hello Elizabeth!
The composition of the picture is real nice with the pattern of the floor and the high buildings. Well done. Thanks for sharing...

I like this picture because of its shapes and patterns. The squares on the ground work well with the buildings in the background. Well spotted :) Best wishes. Chris.

Lovely image, beautifully captured in black and white. The floor is particularly attractive and would make a great chess board!
