Photographer's Note
This photo was taken in the upstairs kitchen of the clinic where I volunteered. The room was solely made out of bricks with no windows and only two full walls. The women in this kitchen were having such a good time preparing the food that I wish I could have stayed here all day.

Elizabeth,
Nice shot, interesting collection of smiles captured.
Maybe a little more contrast and sharpness would improve it? Nicely composed also.

Hi Elizabeth!
Were you ashamed of the colors of that shabby kitchen, or did b&w suit your memory better? I know the smiles may have been blotted somehow by griity walls, but maybe the warmth herein would have been preserved. It nevertheless is a good view of the caring mothers' premises.
Friendly atmosphere, more than in the dazzling busy "cookdoms" of lush palaces. Thanks, regards, F'
