Photographer's Note
Hello TE friends,
As my mother did, I post a shot od Chicago, where the democrates Headquarters are. I think most of the people are happy of Obama´s victory.
Yes we can! And now I think the American´s are ready for change.
Good luck President Obama!
Hope you like it,
Kris

Hi Kris,
So you are now all caught by the Obamania, from a TE point of view better to see the impressive and mordoresque Chicago skyline than a small village in the Arizona depths... And since Europe was mostly against W most people are happy with the outcome. Let's wish him success !
The pov here is a bit faraway and there is this big dark tongue interfering, would be better to me closer imho and with a stitch of several image you couls still show the whole skyline.
Have a nice day JY

Hi Kris,
A great majestic view to this great city at the lake. I like your pov here and the light in the sky is simply great and fits perfectly to the city below. The 8 sec gave you a great boost of colours and light....really good work.

Hi Kris,
great night shot. I like the color of the sky... You could crop a bit that dark water to get a more panoramic format, IMO. But still a nice shot.
Good luck to Obama. From our side of the Atlantic, his election sounds like a good news. Let see what it gives, now...
Cheers,
Loïc

Kris,
I like this blue hour shot, not overly processed, just beautiful without being over the top with bold colors. this has nice rich tone and soft texture, it can be just a tiny bit sharper, but at this size it really does not show. Thanks and congrats to you and Obama.

Hello Chris,
It seems you improved your night shots a lot since we first met in July !!
I am impressed!
Good choice to present Chicago skyline. What a party they probably had there to celebrate Obama's victory!
Take care,

Hi Kris
As I said your mother, Every member of family had supported Obama. Coll night shot of ancient illinois senator. So, blue hour with a red part on sky result of city light, a good contrast and not too much highlight part.
Have a good day

Hello Kris,
well the light management here is perfect, no overexposed areas, I suppose you must have used the highlights priority to avoid the OE in some areas, but being there in the appropriate time is the key to this shot.
