Vernois Still Life, a photo from Massachusetts, Northeast

Photographer's Note

This image was taken early in the morning at a friend's apartment and was lit solely by the oven's incandescent back light. The apartment was fairly bare and, thankfully, not overly modernized. If it had been updated, we might have missed out on some of the original vintage kitchen features such as the oven - a classic Vernois Constellation, circa 1950.

I love this photo Dan, TE it´s to learn about the world, and with this photos of places so comun like kitchen I think we learn from each other. The color is so warm that I feel like I would like to fried some eggs there.

Dan, very nice original photo! I like the composition and light. I think that I would replace the dark frying pan on the bottom-left with something more metallic with some more reflections. In overall it is a great photo.
