NYC Reaches The Sky, a photo from New York, Northeast

One of the highrises in NYC seemed to be reaching the sky. I took a picture of it. It was amazing how that manmade structure blended into the clouds.

Hello Mike,
A very unique perspective for this capture, I really like the angle. I have said it on here before about the benefits that can be had when one looks up (as I often become complacent in my surroundings - haha). The two (clouds and building) really intermingle with one another. I have seen similar shots where the photographer sandwiched two slides together to achieve this type of shot, but you nailed it in one. Very intersting formation!

a beautiful image. I'm glad that I don't have to work up there in the sky. Nevertheless I love these buildings which seem to have no limits.
A good and optimistic image for this day.

Nice one, it surprised me at the begining - I thought that the clouds are so low that the skyscraper reached them. It took me a while to undersand that it's a reflection.

This is a very good photo. I like the effect the reflections make - it looks like the clouds are going through the building. Very simple but great geometric shot. Well done.

The mirrored glass does create an strange effect as though it is part of the clouds and atmosphere. I imagine the intent of the architect was to blend in with the surroundings? In any event, a creative look at your views of NYC. Nicley done.
