Photographer's Note
Juxtaposition of the cathedral and modern sleek black skyscraper; as well as religion and commerce. In addition, one can see the green leaves of nature.
St. Patrick's Gothic exterior is four hundred feet (120 meters) long and 174 (fifty-three meters) wide and seats about 2,400. The parish is bounded by 59th Street, 3rd Avenue, 44th Street, and 7th Avenue and encompasses 302 city blocks.

I like this - given the location of St. Patricks it's quite difficult to get a good shot (well I think so).
It's a pity that you didn't have better weather as the grey colours of the building blend in with that of the sky, on the other hand you do have the contrasting colours of the sky scraper & trees to compliment the main subject.

I love the juxtaposition of the skyscraper and the cathedral in this picture. It's simple, yet captures two very different ways that we look at the world. Nice photo
