Here is another photo of the Mummers'Parade, A Philadelphia New Years tradition. This group of people are part of the comics group. Different categories compete for prizes. It is alot of fun and people line the streets for miles to see it.

Christina, I like the man's face so sharp and the many colors all around, like an abstract painting! I suppose there is playing also a loud music....
Very good colors, a vivid shot.

Glad you caught it. Your photo presents a side of our country that shows americans are fun-loving people, and a little crazy too. These costumes are something else...

This is SO different from your indian shots, for instance, that I could hardly believe that your name was really under the thumbnail.
Very nice colourful capture, people are really happy, it's a bit a pity that the person on the right has his arm in front of his head.
