Hello Carlos,

Still a beautiful partial desaturation. The man in the scooter arrives on the photograph at the good moment I find, and gives an appreciable depth to the image. I like much the clearness of the image and the softness of this black and white. Good glance, cheer Carlos.

This is a fine composition, as the audience gets about the same view as the blurry guy on the motorbike..!
The street makes fine diagonal lines in the frame, and the lifestyle of Key West with mainly tourists ia well recorded...

You have produced a very interesting effect by just leaving the people and cars in colour; the desaturated buildings and the landscape take on a dreamlike quality. I like the perspective down the street; the guy on the scooter is positioned perfectly and offers a good sense of dynamism. Very well done, I like it a lot.

mais uma curiosa imagem sua, além de trabalhoso PP. Ficou bem interessante a composição e o dinamismo da moto. Achei que por lá o uso do capacete era obrigatório, afinal dizem estar mais a frente e evoluídos que o resto do mundo... No interior do Pará ningué usava também, e eles que dizem que lá é terra sem lei...

The selective desaturation is effective and attractive. The diagonal road provides a good lead-in coupled with that dude on the bike. This is how I remember Key West. There are talks and debates about Key West sinking in years (just like Venice) because of global warming. Glad that you visited the place before it disappears. Regards.

I've said before that I'm not a fan of partial desaturation, but I have to admit that here it works quite well, the result feels almost cinematographic. I especially like the man on the bike in the lower left corner, that's a great way to add a sense of movement along the road and towards the point where all lines converge. nice one :)

Hi Carlos, I love the dynamism of this shot. The old guy on the bike just jumps out at you as he speeds of into the sunset. Great idea to render alot of the photo in B&W with the people and cars standing out in colour. Great work with the sky too. My compliments, Lisa.

The holiday atmosphere is well conveyed here and the partial desaturation works very well giving nice contrast. The man riding his scooter is adding kind of dynamism and leads the eye along the street...
I also like the exotic touch provided by the palm trees.

I like your idea of using this mixed technique of colour and B&W very much. I only think you made a little mistake. If only the people are in colour, the backlight of the cars should be grey :-{
Nevertheless, the result is funny and interesting.
