Photographer's Note
A beautiful sunset at Zabriskie Point. The colors only lasted a few minutes; I was lucky to get this shot, being tripodless.

Hi Roger,
I heard that this is the best place in Death Valley National Park to watch sunset.
You got a great shot.

Okay, another place on my to-go list. Fantastic shot, and nice soft light on the ridges in the foreground.

Hello Roger,
I remember the movie bearing the same name(without the sunset), just did not know there is a point on earth with this it's actual name.
That's what TE is standing for, showing places not everyone knew about.
Anyway, fabulous sunset scenery, golden last light over the "floury" hills.
Impressive shot.

Hi Roger,
Great timing if this only lasts moments, and it has created a very moon like landscape. This really does not look of this world. I love the shapes and lines of the formations in the foreground too.
All the best

Ciao Roger,
Ciao e buona serata
Romano

Hi Roger,
I love this. I have a few with this POV looking northeast, as well. Have not yet to post. What I like about this one is the softer texture and not too much contrast of strong shadow and/or light. Yet it still convey the sen of depth with all these lines of up and down and leading in the distance and I love those dark chocholate brown hills in the back and it brings out the contrast of the yellow orchre badland and the soft pastel pinkish purple sky. I will post some later, stay tune. Thanks for you nice comment.
