Photographer's Note

Here was the view yesterday morning from the Milford-Union Cemetery looking north up the Delaware River valley. Though the morning was dreary, the maples were still vibrant & warm, with that cheering shock of orange dominating the scene; I liked the way the colors were clustered around the stone church in the town below, which offset the grey of the headstones & sky and relative brown of the surrounding hills.

Good photo.I like the colors and the constrast between them.I like the textures and the light.Good composition and framing.But I think this photo needs more sharp.Great POV.Good job!

Nice Autumn colours in this one. A shame about the sky and generally soft light, as the subject is interesting and the composition good. Maybe you can borrow that polarizer again and go back to the same spot one fine day in October when the colours are back.

(That's the advantage of putting up photos from your home territory - it's easy to go back and get a new perspective on it another time).

Well where I live there is a cemetary on s hill as well. Interesting. This is a very nice photo. With the color from the fall tones on the right in contrast to the balance of tombstones and distant church, it makes this a very pleasant viewing. Nice photo Lisa.
