Natures air conditioners they are called. These thunderstorms are a daily occurence here in Florida during the summer. They create quite the relief during the downpours.

Hello Jimmy,
A picture of a thunderstorm that looks just by the book: an anvil leading the storm on left side of the picture, and a well developed cumulonimbus giant cloud raising water upwards from the sea-bed. A wonderful capture, you were in the right time and place for such a weather phenomenon photography session.

The entire part under the horizon still looks very clear. Also the vegetation and the tree on the foreground.
It is wonderful to see how clear the sea reflects the light while the darkest clouds are arriving.

You really managed an amazing photo here. Nature was on your side, at least as long as you were using your camera. It's a lot about the shapes of the clouds and the hidden sun's light reflected in the sea. There's a tone of silver in the sky and gold in the water. As for the composition the single palm provides a superb focal-point. The photo is perfectly balanced in two thirds sky and one third sea.

Hello Jimmy, Nature at its best but also it can be powerful, especially in autumn. Fantastic view. of the sea in the amazing light. And I see there a small bird on the right side (heron?).

Jimmy, Florida is on the road to the tropical storms and hurricanes. That region is regularly affected by the bad weather mainly in summer. The thick clouds announce rain. Good inclusion of the mangrove trees as well as a lonely palm tree in the fg.
