The Utilities of Garden Creek Ranch, a photo from Idaho, West

Photographer's Note

When we were given the orientation for Garden Creek Ranch, we were told they make their own electricity with the water that flows from a spring on their property. One of these buildings houses that generator. (I had found out which by listening to the sounds that were coming from the buildings, but I have forgotten in the ensuing months. I think it is the upper building.)

The workshop photos are shots of wildlife obtained from around this area.

It's nice to see some things that weren't completely abandoned and rusty. It's a good sign of life. Nice signs of life in the WS too, especially the deer.

I liked more the WS with the animals, but the structures in the main post are interesting too. to produce its own electricity is a nice job nowadays too.

Hello Murat,

We must praise this enterprising rancher for creating electricity in such an eco-friendly way!
You have chosen a good viewpoint so that the path makes a fine lead line past all the features in your photograph. The sun is relatively low, creating interesting shadows.

How interesting, to be able to see deer and wild turkeys on your explorations!

The title has an extra c in it. No matter, the photo is still great. Good line of sight between the fg gas canister on a trailer, the midground cabin and the bg shack. Tfs!
