Photographer's Note
This is one of the statues outside the Gerald R. Ford Museum. According to Google Maps, it is called Weightlessness. According to a news article, it is called Man in Space. Well, with its reflection, that makes two men in space.
Whatever it is named, the sculpture commemorates Gerald Ford's support of the space program and was dedicated in 1986. It was requested by President Ford, and is the work of Judson Nelson of New York. It depicts a weightless astronaut leaving a spaceship. This 3,000-pound sculpture was moved to its new location in 2011. Before 2011, it was closer to the entrance, where the current Gerald Ford statue is (see workshop photo).

Hello Murat,
The WS with the first lady in the foreground is well composed, but getting closer to the astronaut and his reflection was still the best idea.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hi Murat, many staute, Ford and Betty in the 2 WS, and I admit they are very beautiful and real. The main one recalls the adventures in space shortly after the moon landing, the times of the cold war with the USSR which unfortunately is becoming very relevant in recent months. Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Hello Murat,
You found some more wonderful reflections here, which are very nicely distorted in the glass of the windows. That astronaut is a great bonus here as well.

Hello Murat, an interesting shot with an informative note.
Are you shown in the reflection?
The angle that you achieved works perfectly so that we see the back view of the astronaut.
I am surprised at the weight of the statue; it isn't going to blow away, is it?
Thanks for sharing.
Kind regards, Jean.

Hi Murat,
Very interesting astronaut sculpture. Without knowing much about space suits, I think it is pretty realistic. Nice to see it in the reflection too. I always like big glass walls like this.

murat
nice this series with the sculptures, Betty and Ford had an important role despite the short government. I liked the curious effect of the astronaut in the main post, but I guess it is something "fake" being in front of the building.
take care

Hello Murat.
This is a superb composition, in which the beautiful reflections stand out, reproducing the back of the figure of the astronaut and especially that of a magnificent building.
Sharpness, lighting and color are excellent.
Well done. I like it.
Enjoy a happy Sunday.
Luis.

Hello Murat,
This is an excellent photograph.
The astronaut is so much part of American history and makes an eye-catching focal feature, beautifully positioned, on the thirds line, in your composition. The reflection is the perfect complement, givIng details of the reverse side, as well as creating an excellent sense of depth.
Your w/s are equally well presented, though I like this best.
Kind regards,
Bev 😊
