Photographer's Note

The Chicago skyline taken from the Adler planetarium, which sits on some land that juts out into Lake Michgan. The sky was overcast so the lights of the city reflected on the clouds, creating a reddish/brown sky.

If the sky is flat why not simply crop it?

Indeed a great night shot of a great panorama of an interesting city. Nice colours, nice light, sharpnes is perfect. Really cool. I add it to my favorites.

All the postcards of Chicago were bad! You should try to sell this. This is nice.

Of the three night photos featured here I like this one the best. The composition and colors really give the eyes a treat. I might tuck the sky in a bit and 86 the building on the far left with the bright roof, it seems to really help out a lot if I just hold a piece of paper up there and crop it. I don't know, you try:-)
