I know the first comment I'm going to get is going to be about the wires.. Well, in the northeast I'm afraid there is no escaping them. I envy you all out in the wireless deserts and mountains.

This is Calvary Episcopal church in Flemington, typical in its simple stone construction and not unlike a number of them built prior to the last century. I don't know the date on this one, whether it is that old or simply built in that style, though the slate roof does indicate it has been there quite a few years.

Today as I passed it, I could not help but be taken by how the nicely the blossoms and greenery combined with the stone & brick patterns.

Lisa, this is a nice representation of a scene from a small town. At least it looks like a small town. Good time of year for it with the dogwoods and cherry trees blooming. The angles of the gables, the sidewalks and the little stone wall work pretty well here. And the power lines are what's there so I don't see a thing wrong with showing them.

I like this picture. The ols brick building and garden setting. The wires are fine but could be removed on photoshop. In fact I have removed wires, hydro poles and people too in some shots. Others I have to keep to make my life interesting and always exciting. This looks like a great place to visit.

one day in future people gonna love this kind of pictures "even the cables" because people will try to find something different as they always do ..nothing is wrong with cables ..cool picture
