Photographer's Note
This photo was taken at the Special Shapes Balloon Glodeo event during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, a week-long annual event in early October. Every so often the announcers do a countdown, then call out "All Burn!" at which point all the balloons turn on their burners. The glowing balloons then light up like lightbulbs.
They only run the burners for a few seconds at a time (they're not trying to take off), so it's tough to get a good picture. I got lucky this time! Coolpix 950, manual shutter 1/15th second. Crop and resize only.

Nice shot! Glow events like this are always good for a photograph or two. I have a couple of suggestions to improve the presentation though, firstly, consider rotating the image about 1.5ºCCW to make it appear slightly straighter, and secondly consider sharpening it a little to bring out some more detail, finally I might be tempted to play with Curves a little to bring out the midtones a bit. Well captured, and welcome to Trek Earth :-)

Very nice shot with very good composition, brings up my memories from the 1985 Bloon festival in Albuquerque......
I'm not sure if possible but try to make it sharper.
