Photographer's Note

This is the tunnel of 1st street in downtown of Los Angeles. It is the busiest area of the town. It was built in 1890. Going thru this tunnel is an exciting experience. That is probably so many movies was made in this tunnel.

Nice shot of my favorite L.A. tunnel. I used to live across the street. I like the idea of you drive-by photography in L.A. As everyone knows, L.A. is a city of driving, and so many of it's great shots are while driving too fast on a freeway to compose, focus, and shoot correctly (that is unless you're stuck in traffic...).
