Au pied de la célèbre skyline, la baie de New York est quotidiennement sillonnée par des dizaines de bateaux de tourisme, dès que le temps le permet.

Vous pourrez reconnaître ici quelques buildings célèbres, de gauche à droite : Metlife, Chrysler, Citigroup Center, le siège de l'ONU et le complexe hotelier qui l'entoure.

Below the famous skyline, New York City bay is daily sailed by lots of boats, when weather make it possible.

In the picture, some famous buildings, from left to righ : Metlife, Chrysler, Citigroup Center, United Nations headquarters and surrounding hotels.

Bonjour JB
j'aime beaucoup les teintes et l'ambiance de la photo. Je lui trouve (je ne sais pas pourquoi) un petit côté rétro qui me plait beaucoup. Le bateau est bien positionné dans la compo. Beau travail.

I wonder, did you do anything else in NY than photography...they have some good restaurants also ;-)
A nice view from the water over the big apple. The different colours of the buildings very nice with good contrast so we see a lot of detail.

Bonjour JB, this jungle of skyscrappers allways makes impressive views, specially seen from the water. Good composition with the inclusion of this boat in foreground. The elegant Chrysler has for sure, the most beautiful top of all.

Salut JB,
Le bateau me semble un peu surexpose mais c'est un element qui ajoute de la valeur car il permet de donner de la profondeur a ton image et eviter que cette skyline soit trop flat.

it is always a pleasure to see this beautiful city. Excellent shot, well balanced and comosed with the boat contrasted by the skyscrapers in the bg. Also, nice to see, are the different colours and tones..beautiful light.

Les teintes sur les façades des immeubles sont superbes et cela donne une tonalité assez chaude à cette photo. La lumière et la netteté sont bien maitrisées et en font une très bonne photo!!

Les immeubles sont tellements gigantesque et lourds, qu'il s'enfoncent dans le sol. Superbe image, avec des couleurs étonnantes.

Bonsoir mon ami JB,
j'aime cette photo, j'ai pris un très semblable avec un cadrage un peu plus fermé, mais avec les mêmes buildings, le Trump International, Nations Unies, Citigroup, Chrysler, Met Life, wow, quelles mémoires !
Cette vue depuis l'East River est magnifique, et tu as mis en valeur toute la beauté du skyline du Midtown, dans un travail avec une bonne lumière et des couleurs excellentes.
Une grande photo, j'aime bien.

Hi JB, A wonderful photo, clear showing a brilliant backdrop of high-rises, a very familiar sight with the Chrysler building, as you have entered in your note, the boat on it's way through the picture brakes up the foreground wonderfully & finishes off the shot perfectly, kind regards Wilson.
