Hello Renier, on this wintry afternoon in Melbourne.
Very pleasing reflection-in-a-puddle picture, with the added strength of fine perspective, a human figure, and the rich colour of the earth.

Hello Renier,

Two parts in this image are very lovely; one the puddle in foreground with nice reflections, two; very great perspective through the long footpath between the trees.
You did very well with add the man or woman this gives more dynamic to the picture.

Hello Renier,
This is a very appealing composition full of atmosphere. I like the long perspective with the person at the end just about to disappear round the bend in the path. The foreground reflections are a definite bonus. A lovely harmonious mix of tones.

This is really striking! That reflection in the puddle, a foto within a foto is really intuitive. The perspective is great and the tree trunks creating a nice striped image

Hello Ren,
I see that you have been putting your new camera to good use. The reflection on the puddled water is sharp, the man hiking on a diagonally presented road enhances the scene. Lake Ohau looks like a beautiful place to hike especiay at the onset of autumn. A mighty fine posting. Greetings! Danilo

Wonderful vertical presentation this lovely forest landscape.
You took full advantage of the winter rains to get this string reflection of trees and sky in the deep still puddle.

fine view reflections of figures in the stagnant waters.
and then looking at the receeding parallel lines of this rural road with that human element walking on it centrally, the compo gives that evocative appeal! a winner!

Another fine winter image, with the dry grass that seems to be the trademark of the NZ winter!
The pond in the road serves as a great mirror, well seen...

Hi Renier,
A fabulous compo that makes justice to the beauty of that thick forest. I like how the pond reflecting the sky contributes to lit the interior of the forest, while giving a nice graphic balance to the image. Although there is some OE, I find that the light management is remarkable.

nice and idyllic place to make someone a walk in the shores of Lake Ohau.The reflections on the pond and the existents of the woman add life in the scene.The narrow and earthy alley create depth in the field.Well done.
