Bolivian Andes

When I remember back these many flights I’ve taken in the past, there is nothing else than the spectacular views of the world below the airplane that remain in my memory; views which we are not able to see from the ground.

Enjoy the view of the world outside the airplane window as I've seen and captured it with my camera.

I’ve taken this photo during flight from La Paz to Santa Cruz (on board of American Airlines B 757 airplane) from an altitude of around 10,000m a.s.l.

You can see a part of Andes Mountains between La Paz (4,000m a.s.l.) and Santa Cruz (420m a.s.l.). This part of Andes lies below the snow- and glacier- line of 5,500 – 6,000m a.s.l.

Hi Miro,

The engine is helping to frame the scene. The point of view is showing bthe details and colors of the mountains. It is clear and sharp. The good luminosity is bringing out the colors. Have a nice day.

Hello Miro,
Inspite the window seat above the engine, you had not given-up and taken a pic. of the impressive high terrain in Bolivia.
Cultivated fields on the plateau, contrast with big trough ahead. managed a fairly good visibility and clarity.

I have not often see the photos from Bolivia. Good photoseries, excellent presentation of Bolivian Andes. I see there is not so productive ground, but we can see the numerous rural fields.
