This is the most visited beach in the State of Santa Catarina.

In this city we have an interesting situation, its population is only 124,000 inhabitants, but its structure supports about 1.3 million people.

Most of the properties are empty a good part of the year, being visited by their owners on the weekends and more frequently in the summer season.

Here in Santa Catarina, due to the colder weather, we can enjoy the beaches only 4 months per year on average.
