Photographer's Note

I took this picture of an amazing Amazonian sunset over the jungle trees line on a cruize from Belem to Manaus. The cruize wasn't a "Love Boat" type of cruize, but a simple boat that carry many people which most of them sleeps in hamocks. In fact, this is the most common way of traveling between those cities, because there is no road between them. The cruize took 5 days and it was a great experience with a great Amazonian view and a great hamock to sleep in.

5 dias é uma eternidade naquele calor escorchante, naquela umidade ;)
estava olhando outras fotos do rio amazonas, como tudo é igual e tudo é diferente... e a constante mudança do céu.
Aqui você conseguiu uma definição muito legal no primeiro plano, nas árvores. Fotografar contra a luz num ambiente assim é muito difícil: o mais comum é esse primeiro plano virar uma massa escura e indefinida, mas você logrou mostrar duas linhas bem definidas de árvores. No mais, um céu que é um presente para os olhos!
