Photographer's Note
The fourth in my seven part series on the children of San Cipriano.
It is very rare to photograph a child in San Cirpriano that is not smiling. Most if not all are excited at the prospect of being photographed. In fact it's very difficult to photograph just one child. Whenever I pull out the camera with the big lens, the children would surround me in a matter of seconds, pushing and shoving each other playfully to be the first one in the shot. This child wasn't that interested but I love the expression on his face. I wonder what he was thinking.

Mark
very beautiful photograph
I like the attitude of the timid and concerned child but also great empty space behind him which accentuates his loneliness.
good colors especially the pink in the two corners
congratulations

I read a book a fe wyears back about some prsiooners of war who did that during the second world war.. It was really nice, agreat book.
