A photo I took last winter...one that I really liked but couldn't tone it right. Now using the same B&W conversion for the Army photo story, I re-editted this photo. I hope you like it.

I think this B/W conversion is great! Nice subject matter, too, contrasting kids' play with adult seriousness and skepticism. Composition is good and DOF is just right.
Where is the "same B&W conversion" technique described?
