Photographer's Note

Made by the Nazca, between the years 200 a.C. and 600 d.C, the Nazca Lines are still a mystery. They are drawings carved in stone in the middle of the desert, some of them reaching 200 meters width (the spider in the picture is "only" 50), and being recognized only by flying over by plane.

So, how can the Nazca have done such perfect drawings, without being able to see them completely? And what was its purpose?
