Bonjour Claude ,
Le PAys Basque est magnifique aussi en automne , avec les couleurs chaudes (tuiles , pierres , fougères , arbres) contrastant avec le vert pétant des prairies . Et ici un ciel superbe , pour une composition pas spécialement dans ton style :) mais qui me plait beaucoup .

hi Claude,
well managed light, vivid colours, well composed, the fence and part of the road, then the line of the mountains guideing the eye

not critique, just a question, as I see you use a D90: what is with the sharpness on the details? Despite the relativ good camera and good objectiv, I also had often the problem, no matter how I tried to avoid it. Ok, PP-work could help, but I guess it must be a way to get it better, with that equipment.
If you - or anybody else here - have an idea, please let me know

Hi, Claude, Indeed, with the dark clouds it looks dramatic, but on this old stone house there is nice light. In spite of December, the grass is so green!

hi claude,
this is a lovly old barn with the sun illuminating it beautifully. the red wooden doors are s superb feature of the picture and a fantastic contrast against the green grass and the blue of the sky. the landscape is lovely and a wonderful backdrop to the characteristic barn.

Hi Claude. Get out into the country. Today you show a landscape photo. Strong colors, good light. The dark cloudy sky gives the picture drama. Very nice.

Yes, it does give some dramatic contrast to the scenic countryside. I like the strong, natural colors and composition this photo presents. Such beautiful landscape for a wonderful country. Well done.
