Very new, a photo from New South Wales, East

Coming onto blue hour I came across this recently completed building just up from Circular Quay in Sydney. I liked the way the angles stood out when looking straight up as well as the lime green sculpture.
In the WS and taken just around the corner is a mix of new and old and where you can see a reflection of the building in the main photo.

prefer a classical capture...May be

Hello Ian, Amazing modern architecture. An excellent presentation here. But I prefer the Workshop photo with the new and modern and nice girls sitting with pigeons.

Hi Ian,
Maybe it is just the way you presented it but I would really feel uncomfortable living in ths corner place. There are so many overhangs, I don't think I trust engineers so much.

I like both photos. The main one for the dramatic shapes of the building and the original sculpture in the foreground, the WS for the more general city view and human participation. In fact, I would probably have chosen the WS if these had been my photos, even though it may be a more conventional picture.

The point of view is showing the detail of the architecure of the modern building and of the sculpture. It is clear and sharp. There is a good contrast between the colors of the picture. Have a nice day.

Hello Ian, an eye catching point of view which shows a unique design. From this viewpoint one can almost imagine it toppling over!
I like the inclusion of the lime green sculpture, it stands out against the blues and greys of the background buildings.
I like the w/s shot too, but of the two this one is the more dramatic.

When I see this building I think of a huge climbing frame. Not that I don't like it.
If King Kong ends up in the Next Generation in Sydney, he chooses this building to climb.
Remarkable yellow art work in the foreground.

I like that modern high rise with different layers at different angles. The top layer looks like a slice of cake. I like the contrast between the old and new in the WS photo.
