Photographer's Note

At first it was the "starry" pattern on the flower that caught my eye. And as I was about to macro focus,I saw an ant loitering on the petal. I waited and hope it goes inside. Just as it was about to, that was the time I click the shutter. Photography is about studying, learning and waiting. And a good camera that obeys.

Very good of you to wait this is a vvery good moment. I like the short DoF, it keeps the focus on the litle ant and the petals of the flower. The strong blue colour might have "over ruled" had it been in perfect focus.

So beautiful macro. The light seems to come from the center of the flower and the ant is irresistibly attracted by this light.
