This shot was taken May 1, 2004, the day the European Union expanded to engulf Eastern Europe. Thousands will now migrate West as they may legally work in all of the union. It will be interesting how things change. I wonder if it will impact the buskers, like this man, the most.

Very nice portrait. I like his expression. It's clear he sees you, but he's not really posing. I might crop a bit tighter on the left and on top.

Quel dommage que ce brave monsieur soit coupé si haut. Sinon la photo aurait pu à mes yeux être parfaite avec le flou de l'arrière plan très judicieux.
