Hi, I'm a new member on this site and this is my very first pic in here! I love this website and I would love to hear your comments. I took this pic during my vacations past week (Feb 2007)... I was walking by the kayaks and I thought that would be a cool picture :) Greetings from Costa Rica, Pura vida :)

Welcome to TE! Nice shot. I like the soft reflection of the sky on the water. The horizon may be slightly tilted, but nevertheless, the composition is really good with the arrangement of thekayaks leading the eyes into the shot. Well done.

Welcome Monica. Very soft-focus / dreamy feel to this shot. There's a bit of distortion going on with the curved pier and a sloping horizon. However, it's a very summery picture and I really like it. Paul.
