Photographer's Note

Origin of the name: maybe of the Germanic brand " fire, fire " evoking an ground destroyed, poor as that of Gâtinais. The village is built on an ancient Roman way, said Caesar's road, which connects Sensein Orléans. Bransles appears in 1133 to the construction of his Romanic church and belongs to the Lord of Egreville, until 1536. Anne de Pisseleu, favourite of François 1st becomes lady of Bransles.

Excellent composition with great colours and great exposure, it looks very peacefull place.
I think that you had difficult strong light but you managed well.
The sky are little bit 'noisy'.

Le cadrage est excellent et les couleurs très vives inscrivent encore mieux les sommets des toîts dans le ciel. J'aurais peut-être essayé de redresser légèrement le clocher, quoi qu'il en soit une très belle image d'une église au nom peut catholique :-). Très bon travail Philippe.

Great colors and light. It's just the wide-angle distortion on the sides that concerns me a bit. Still it's beautiful, I especially like that there's neither people, nor cars - virtually nothing modern that could draw our attention off the medieval subject.

Que nenni messire, jadis on ne prononçait jamais les "s" sauf pour le mot festoyer que diantre.
La composition est parfaite en cette saison estivale, mais je donnerai ma langue au chat pour connaître le nom des habitants de ce village.

Beautiful colors and excellent lighting. The texture of the surface of the church really stands out nicely. The age and the wear and the roughness of the stones comes right out in this shot. And what a great sky behind this. Another excellent church photo from you, Philippe!

C'est toujours une chance de pouvoir photographier un tel monument sans qu'un élément perturbateur vienne troubler l'image. Ici cette église est bien située et la qualité de la photo fait bien ressortir la beauté de la pierre et de la construction qui parait bien curieuse.
Note intéressante pour agrémenter le tout.
