- I live and work in Leiden, The Netherlands. I've been in amateur photography since I was a student. Started in B+W for the thrill of the dark room, but when the kids got more time-demanding, retreated to mostly family and vacation shots. After a meeting with old Abe in Costa Rica in 2002, I bought myself a Canon EOS D60 digital SLR. Boy, was I impressed with the capabilities of this new toy! The added functionality and the instant feedback triggered that slumbering itch to wish to record all striking moments in life. Now I am here sharing and enjoying your impressions of this ever-changing world. I hope you will enjoy mine.
I shot my own biopic from the forecastle of a boat on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. I'm the guy in my wife's sunglasses ;-)
