These gigantic boots belong to the Boot Scoot 2007. Boot Scoot is a citywide contest that gives local artists and businesses an opportunity to decorate and paint 50-pound, six-foot-high and six-foot-long fiberglass boot sculptures. And this event is part of the 2007 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, from Feb. 27 to March 18.
