DOMASO- Comolake by Albrecht Bijvank (11283) 2007-07-25 - 2007-08-16

Domaso in the north of the lake of Como was our home for three weeks: camping Solarium was a nice small and quiet startingpoint for our holiday and the lake and all the small towns, the beautiful mountains all around and the Bergel-area in Switserland nearby made the three weeks realy worthwhile.
Walking in the mountains, through the narrow alleys, taking the boat, visiting the beautiful Villa's with those special botanic gardens; we even did not have time enough to see it all, but most of it!!!

Costa Brava: between DALI and GAUDI by Albrecht Bijvank (11283) 2006-07-13 - 2006-08-02

A vacation at the Costa Brava mostly means sun and beach, but there so much culture and history there to be seen that during my trip of almost three weeks I did not spend much time at the beach.
Dali and Gaudi are everywhere to be seen in places as:Cadaques,Figueres,Barcelona,Pubol and Port Ligat.And there are a lot of interesting places and monasteries and castles to.so I enjoyed myself with my camera there! ... (full story) (37 photos)
